STORY

I obtained my real estate licenses for both Kansas and Missouri in 2014. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working as a solo agent, on teams, and for a real estate investment company. It was during my time with the investment company that I honed my skills and deepened my knowledge of real estate and investing.

As the sole auction acquisition agent, I purchased over 80 homes at courthouse auctions in 2018. This role required meticulous analysis of properties, assessing repairs needed, determining post-repair value, rental potential, and bidding at local courthouses. Through this experience, I developed a keen eye for identifying foundation and roofing issues, as well as expertise in property valuation.

I also had the opportunity to explore various areas of Cass County, Clay County, and Jackson County real estate, expanding my understanding beyond my upbringing in the Kansas side. When the auctions slowed down in early 2019, I transitioned to acquiring homes directly from sellers for the investment company. I later became the disposition agent, selling over hundreds of homes, including turnkey rental properties and retail flip properties.
